Native to East Asia, these Mushrooms are used in Asian Cuisine. They grow in hot regions (26° C - 32° C).
A mushroom spawn, tarp, cotton seed hulls, 1 square wheat straw bale, bran, and lime.
Prepare cotton and wheat straw, and soak for 3 days to ferment. Add bran after 3 days.
Steam the mixture of cotton and straw. Lay it in stripes and add the spawn above it.
Cover the cotton and straw mixture with a tarp and keep it out of direct sunlight. Keep the temperature at 37° C.
Remove the cover after 2 days, and check out the spawn. Paddy straw mushrooms will start growing in 4-7 days.
