Noni (Morinda citrifolia) is a tiny tree that can reach a height of 10 to 30 feet. The fruits are 3 to 5 inches long, ovoid, and yellowish-white when mature, and they become fairly delicate.
In India, the noni fruit is known by various names i.e; Bartundi in Hindi, Mogali/ Maddi Pallu in Telugu, Noni in Assamese, Nunaakai/ Nuna in Tamil, Surangi in Gujarati and Hurdi in Bengali.
Noni fruits and juice have a long number of health advantages, including boosting energy, treating Asthma, moisturising skin, fighting ageing, preventing cancer and reducing stress.
Noni crops can be farmed all year, with more fruits grown throughout the summertime than in the winter. It thrives in a wide range of soils and settings, with a particular ability to survive under hard conditions.
Choose a location with either complete or partial sun and well-drained, aerated soil. Make a hole the size of the pot and gently transplant it.
Once developed, noni plants may grow well with moderate irrigation and even thrive in dry or severe conditions. The quantity of irrigation is determined by soil moisture and climate.
